Could you elaborate a little about this one please?

If the account is flagged by StopForumSpam, IP block is added automatically. IP blocks can be added manually as well. It would be useful to be able to quickly see which IP rules have been added in what way. I think the StopForumSpam rules have a specific description, but still it could be a dedicated field. Also recording the username of the person who added the manual rule might be useful, for example if it's unclear why a specific IP has been blocked.
