Wonder consistency with official repo

Thank you for your graceful implementation. It's much more lightweight and easier to follow than official repo. I wonder whether the main contributions in the paper, like gcn layer and soft pooling layer, are consistent with official version, since you mentioned the accuracy gap existed.
