PJMEDIA_SDP_NEG_ANSWER_SYMMETRIC_PT is not working

Hi Team,

We are facing issue with SYMMETRIC flag, we are setting this as 1 in our config file but it's not working. And PJSIP library is not updated in our VialerSipLib , when can we expert updated library with PJSIP updates.
