Allow disabling the hardcoded run configurations

It's nice that you've added the TF run configuration stuff. But I use wrapper scripts and it's unlikely I (or people like me) will be able to make use of these run configurations for a long time, if ever.

At the moment, depending on what file you're in, the plugin can take up to 4 rows of my popup, which has very limited visibility.

Note that these configurations are context sensitive, they only display when I'm editing a .tf file. But that's annoying too - it means my run configuration popup changes structure depending on what file I'm in (which is inconvenient for people like me who drive their IDE primarily through keyboard).

Please provide an option to disable these run configurations. It would be Ok to have it enabled by default if you want, but give people who can't use these run configurations the option to not be inconvenienced by them.
