PSBlitz.ps1 - add multi database support for -CheckDB

Change behavior of -CheckDB to accept multiple comma separated databases for situations where the database-specific check should target more than one database. Affected checks:

plan cache
query store
index usage
index diagnostics
stats info
index fragmentation info
objects with dangerous SET options
