New switch -Now

[VladDBA]

Purpose:

• Get a quick snapshot of what's happening now, without having to wait for index and cache related info to be returned.

Usage:

• Usable only from the command line -Now

Behavior:

• Gets instance and database info (GetAzureSQLDBInfo.sql, GetDbInfo.sql, GetInstanceInfo.sql)
• Runs spBlitzWho_NonSPLatest.sql background process
• Checks for open transactions - GetOpenTransactions.sql
• Gets tempdb info - GetTempDBUsageInfo.sql
• Runs spBlitz_NonSPLatest.sql for 30 seconds
