routing error in setup

I am having problems setting up cartoset. I get to step 1 enter my info for cartodb, then i click 'connect with cartodb' and get the below error. Any advice would be helpful. Thanks.

+1, same problem ps: I tried with cartodb-rb-client 0.2.0 and 0.1.8 all other previous versions are yanked
