Ability to rename a symbol within a workflow

What pain point is this feature intended to address? Please describe. It takes more time when building a new workflow and choosing appropriate variable/table names, to have to rename certain symbols when there is ambiguity or clash.

Describe the solution you'd like It would be great to have an automated ability to rename all occurrences of a symbol within each cell of a workflow with the click of a button and/or key stroke short-cut.
