Integrate PI2 into Vizier

What pain point is this feature intended to address? Please describe. PI2 looks like a nifty tool for generating automatic visualizations of datasets.

Describe the solution you'd like Add an option to generate visualizations directly from SQL (e.g., on the SQL cell, or a SQL-based visualization cell)
