Copy/paste (or duplicate) cell

Use case from @mrb24 :

• Repeated processing of a particular cell with small variations (e.g., load multiple datasets from a database that requires username, password, etc...)

We should be able to mark a cell, and create a new copy somewhere in the workflow. The copy should immediately enter the editor.
