Since there has been no additional input on the thread, and it seems that `undefined` fills the vacuum that the change has left, I am going to close the issue....
After many months I'm going to close out this PR. I think `busy` is added and used in the current releases.
In addition to https://github.com/cdmoro/bootstrap-vue-3/issues/439 , I am also going to close this thread due to inactivity. It will be worked on eventually, but not in the near future.
The @input returns the {value} directly. So, `event` is type string. You should be getting an error message about not being able to read properties of undefined, while reading target....
Since there has been no additional reply, I am going to close the issue. I believe with both of our notes, you should be able to get your code working...
Everything on this looks correct in code, so I assume it has been fixed.
I've never heard of it be used like that. If you could provide some documentation on how this works, that would be nice. But dist/bootstrap-vue-3 provides bootstrap-vue-3.es.js & bootstrap-vue-3.umd.js that...

This happens when either a component does not import a child component, or when you yourself do not import the child component in the test. None of these instances occur...
Closing as this is well known, but not viable until a future release of Bootstrap
