controls are not working

When I enable vr the the hands are just pointing. I can move the hands but I can’t grab and use the throttle and joystick

I am on running Windows 10 With a i5-8300H, 8gb ram and a gtx 1050 An oculus rift cv1 with touch Ksp vr version 4.0-alpha 2 Ksp Version 1.9.1.2778

That functionality does not exist yet with KerbalVR 4.0.0. It is Coming Soon™
