Separate attack strength per hand with dualwielding
attack strength (the percentage a item makes of the actual damage) currently is a global stat, it should be possible to separate that for each bodypart, by injecting into Player.getAttackStrengthScale and Player.resetAttackStrengthTicker and keep separate tickers for each bodypart around. need to also tick those up on tick
this needs a server version increase, since attack strength is also computed on the client
