Arm HUD disappears after reloading resource packs, with xaeros minimap loaded
When I reload my resource packs, or if they get reloaded automatically, the HUD on my arm disappears, and will only reappear if F3 is enabled (didn't show in file but should have), for another solution, a restart of MC works, but won't in a pinch (hence why I found F3 works)

could be caused by Force Close Loading Screen
I see that the game thinks there is an invisible screen open after the loading screen is done
can you check if that happens with just vivecraft? and if it doesn't try to narrow it down to what mod causes it
also causes the view port to mess up when resizing the game window in vr and then disabling vr
Identified as an issue on xaeros minimap side 24.6.2+, I commented on their issue tracker in hope that they will fix it https://legacy.curseforge.com/minecraft/mc-mods/xaeros-minimap/issues/1570
