Strange visual bug with Naturalist mobs

Certain parts of mobs and animations will be flickering and different in either eye. 1.18.2, don't know about other versions.

I have the same problem with mobs from many mods

that is an issue with geckolib, this mod might fix it https://modrinth.com/mod/geckoanimfix is 1.19.3+ only though
