Middle name of author not displayed in citation style

When there is a middle name of an author, only the initial of first name is presented, initial of middle name is not shown. There should have been initials of both first and middle name in the Vancouver system.

Hmm. This need to be done with the association with chosen Citation style by the user. Will keep in mind, thanks. Can you also open other issues, mentioned on the forum? They also seem reasonable. My priority right now is JATS to PDF converter and I can just forget about this.
