Language changes to full text tab

• Tab: "Full-text upload" --> "Full Text"
• "Generate article's fulltext from submission file in JATS XML format" --> "Create full text"
• Description: "Select a production ready file in JATS XML format to create the full text. View preview" When viewing the preview without making a selection, show a warning on the preview page that says "You must select an option". Or have "default" selected already.

The second commit should select Default option upon form initiation if the full-text (and full-text file id) property doesn't exist. I think something similar may be useful for all forms with multilingual fields. The Default option means do not parse JATS for full-text or if the full-text property already exists, remove it. Let's return to it before the release, I won't close this issue for now.
