Exception running gettext.extractor with no parameters.

I am testing GetText.NET.Extractor but I cannot make it work:

dotnet tool install --global GetText.NET.Extractor
gettext.extractor --version
1.0.5+d63f2976f1

However If I run gettext.extractor with no parameter, I get:
