- The only way for the game to render correctly is by upscaling the resolution to 2x (not more, not less) and using vulkan
- There are some small black boxes rendering in some parts of the screen sometimes

cant get to the menu on vulkan with steam deck. open gl loads in the game but it's unplayable and all white.
Same here, tried switching compatibility tool GE proton(can't start)/lux/steam tinker/low version proton(can't start)/Steam Linux Runtime, no luck
Also can't get past opening logos on Steam Deck in desktop mode or SteamOS mode; it doesn't just crash the game, it crashes the whole app, regardless of Vita3K configurations.
EDIT: So, using OpenGL, I am able to get past the initial screens and actually play the game. The opening scene looks completely janky, but you can still get past it. I was able to play the opening mission, and then whenever you're in Librom, everything looks and works perfectly. All the FMVs work perfectly and look good. It's things like the start screen (where you choose to continue, options, new game) that, for now, is completely white with a weird dark box on the top left of the screen. Playing the missions is very possible and, again, there are ZERO graphical glitches when you're actually in the book.
Still trying out different settings. Gonna look up all the Core modules and see if any of these might be affecting things...

So I've been getting this graphical glitch that won't go away.
I tried switching to Vulcan and I ended up having to reinstall Vita3k. The game is playable, but the glitch doesn't let you see anything.
Edit: It may just be my computer, but Vulkan crashes the entire app, not just the game. Also just played a bit further and cutscenes seem to play just fine. It's only gameplay that is like this.
In-Game-
with me has the same visual problem related above by the user "theheromans" but just in OpenGL. the scenes of the game appear only inside that "black box" of the image. the cutscenes runs good, except a "shaking".
in Vulkan none of this erros appears. even in internal resolution set in 1x or 2x, the beggining of the game is almost perfect, except a minor visual glitch in bonfire with black pixels/boxes popping there.
CPU Ryzen5 1600AF, GPU: GTX 960 2GB, 16GB Ram, Windows 11.
I'm playing on Vulkan totally fine, the only function did not work is Mind's Eye. I can only see archfiend's weak points, other things like Soul Shards, Renewal spots, Absorb spots aren't highlighted.
Pretty much the game was quite smooth.
The game does not work well on Steam Deck.
Attempting to play on Vulkan crashes the entire steam deck.
The game is playable in OpenGL with severe graphics issues, from missing textures to an over exposed "bright" screen.
Not all the shaders load correctly in the missions that do work.

Issues
When in the Bazaar Ledger, asking for Local Rumor from Aurex results in a screen with no dialogue that cannot be exited without fully restarting the game. Claim Gift from Cassus results in the same issue. Also of note Minds Eye only partially works, weak points show but the outline for health does not.

Attempted on OpenGL, Vulkan, base internal and up to 4x, with and without antistropic filtering. Attempted reinstallation of game, and emulator. The game crashes almost instantly on the start menu. Unable to even start up the game beyond the splash art.

Same here. Crashes the whole steam deck when running Vulkan. OpenGL works but unplayable due to glitchy graphics. No change in settings change this behaviour.
This game is not playable. Crashes when trying to load it on both Vulkan and OpenGL vita3k.log

Able to start the game and play but some textures are missing. Vulkan, upsacling and anti-alisaising settings make no difference. Also tried on Legion GO and laptop with i7-8550u CPU and integrated intel 620 graphics, in all cases I see either black/missing textures, or other forms of graphical glitches on the several last Vita3k builds(started testing from about middle 2023). Would it help if I provided more screenshots and logs?
