Add swipe up gesture to get keyboard

Hi there, nice extension! I would love to get the swipe up (from bottom of the screen) to get the keyboard gesture. The button in the top panel is the alternative, but it can be hard to press if you have large fingers.

Note - this may conflict with GNOME's default osk, so a Block Caribou implementation into GJS-OSK might be necessary

Block Caribou implementation is now present from 31b82cf10a9988081262235408ee5ac749d6c7c6, will implement swipe up gesture (or some other similar gesture) soon (hopefully)
