Alarm doesn't sound

The alarm can be set but it doesn't go off. Tried on oppo A96. Thank you.

thanks for reaching out. it is disappointing that you ran into problems. can you provide more details please? which android version are you using? which version of remindme are you using? did you grant all the permissions? can you get me the logs too if possible? thanks a lot!

All permissions were given, Android version is 13
