[Bug] 甘特图中，当存在父子关系且父也为可拖动的甘特条时，时间轴不能正确扩展到子任务

Steps to Reproduce
在上述官方示例中，将第一个子任务的结束时间往后调整1年，重新2渲染后点击第一行的展开，发现时间轴并没有根据子甘特条的时间自动扩大区间
Current Behavior
时间轴不会由子甘特条的时间区间自动扩大区间
Expected Behavior
时间轴能够根据子任务的时间区间自动扩大区间
