[Bug] vue-table 使用updateFilterRules后，使用addRecords添加数据未修改原records

操作案例上的按钮，则直接可发现此问题

Current Behavior

#3393 有相同情况，未处理此问题 1.使用updateFilterRules后 2.使用addRecords添加数据 3.再清除筛选方法的条件内容 4.获取records

Expected Behavior

使用updateFilterRules,addRecords添加数据后，清除筛选条件内容后，则能获取新的records内容
