[Bug] 甘特图拖拽超出边界报错

Steps to Reproduce

任务，直接拖拽到标题外部就报错

Current Behavior

直接报错估计是没有

Expected Behavior

1. 如果是任务超出，向上挪到标题，那么应该是默认挪到是第一行
2. 其他应该是恢复原先效果
