[Feature] 基本表存在筛选条件或排序条件的情况下，是否能支持获取筛选后的表格数据。
What problem does this feature solve?
想实现存在筛选条件的时，要粘贴插入的数据大于剩余行数和列数，则新增行和列的功能。 目前看到只有透视表可使用getFilteredRecords来判断，无法判断当前筛选后的数据有多少条。
