💡 Background and solution

监测文字宽度和裁切覆盖选择是否在右侧展示

添加配置项 在 taskbar 中添加是否支持文字不隐藏配置项showTextOutsideBar，默认为 true

在labelTextStyle添加外侧文字颜色设置配置项 outsideColor，默认黑色

已测试不会对其他文字样式配置产生影响
