[Feature] 甘特图能否支持填充柄
What problem does this feature solve?
甘特图开启填充柄配置 excelOptions: {fillHandle: true}后, 之后table部分有填充柄的功能，甘特图的表格部分不能用填充柄，能否支持甘特图也可以用填充柄，使用填充柄选定时间范围创建任务？目前创建任务只能点击单个单元格，但是CREATE_TASK_SCHEDULE的事件中是定义了endDate，这个endDate在什么情况是在什么情况下会有值，我点击单元格创建的时候，event的值中只有startDate是当前单元格的时间，并没有endDate这个参数
