What problem does this feature solve?

当前业务有很多地方需要自定义单元格，现在只能通过给定的组件去写customLayout或者 customRender，定义起来比较麻烦

What does the proposed API look like?

新增一个 类似 customJsxLayout 的方法或者再原来的customLayout进行拓展，可以返回vue或者react组件
