移动端浏览器打开地址调整列宽

调整列宽时表格不应跟随滑动

调整列宽时表格跟随滑动，宽度指示线错位

试了下确实有bug 移动端下是长按（2s）才会触发调整列宽功能（这个长按目前是没有问题的）。现在是非长按也触发显示了高亮线，这个是不对的 @waljl 非长按的bug 你这如果方便的话 可以看看逻辑 看看能不能提个pr修改？？
