Create a public virustrack/minilab repository in Docker Hub

Potential targets:

  • virustrack/minilab
  • virustrack/datasciencenotebook
  • virustrack/covidvu

This will supersede the current pr3d4t0r/covidvu image.

It will clean up the original jupyter/datasciencenotebook with all the extra cruft it doesn't need.
