Can the graph lines stay the same color?

In the graphs it appears that the colors do not lock into the country, but rather are in a set order, and will shift between countries based on the alphabetical order. Examples below:

Is it possible to set it so that if a user picks a country, it stays that color regardless? This same item comes up in the States graphs too.
