Ban all `e.g.`s and `i.e.`s in docs and messages

Firstly, investigate docs creation literature, maybe there is some internationally approved nomenclature.

They're easily confused with each other... mostly thanks to them being Latin, not English ~abbreviation~ ~acronym~ initialisms.

Automate all the things: 🤖 let's add another script, similar to ensure-consistent-style-for-github.sh
