Update Docs with details about how to run GitHub Action more securely

IMHO there is a better way than what https://virtuslab.github.io//docs/installation.html describes.

I don't have it fully working yet, but once I do, I could contribute a PR with docs update about it.

It would be simpler if I only raised such a PR after other recent proposed changes are merged.
