Would you kindly give us more description? Steps to reproduce?

I'm not sure if we even allow to set a relation to a navigation within a navigation item.

@magecommerce if you’re referring to the Content Manager – by design, this plugin does not allow setting Navigation or Navigation Item as a relation within the content editor. This limitation is intentional due to the complex logic behind the Navigation Plugin, which is built to operate dynamically with any content type. Allowing it to be referenced directly could compromise that flexibility and introduce circular dependencies.
