Change movement pattern to only use depth instead of dropping down on DV

• Require DV and depth to be fully retracted before starting
• Touch bregma with only APMLDV
• Move to coordinate entry based on projecting coordinate along depth axis to the 3mm safety ceiling (depth should still be fully retracted)
• Drop down dura and drive using only depth.
