[Accounts] Issues with experiment list updates and UI

• The list of experiments in the dropdown under 'Not saved' is clipped at 12 characters, which seems pretty short.
• For me, the 'not saved' pulldown never changes to the name of a saved experiment. I think this behavior is confusing.
