Non-linear brain warping

It would be great to establish a way for pinpoint to use non-linear (ANTs or similar) warping's to the CCF.

We have descent CCF<-->MRI Template warpings set up, as well as MRI Template<--> Individual brains. To get info to unity we could either chain these transforms together, or pre-compute the warpings (not 100% sure about this second one).

Yoni will send warp files etc. to get started.
