Generic probe conventions and default models

• [ ] Expand probe conventions to be user-modifiable
• [ ] Allow for arbitrary models to be attached to a probe, even if it's not the right probe
• [ ] Electrode coordinates relative to tip, on a repeating grid?
• [ ] Add default models that can be linked to a tip coordinate
• [ ] Add separate probe holder models that can be swapped on/off
