Fix isDirty checking for Notifications UI

Describe the bug The "Save changes" dialog should appear only when there are changes made by user.

Steps to reproduce Steps to reproduce the behavior:

  1. Go to 'Notifications'
  2. Click to open any notification template from the list
  3. Click to open any other notification template from the list

Expected behavior The "Save changes" dialog should appear only when there are changes made by user.
