Properties - Groups, System and Read Only

Very nice, if you plan to extend catalog properties blade and properties, with these features:

• As a Catalog Administrator, I want to create Group of properties (Define group and add properties into group) to simplify property value management.
• As a Catalog Administrator, I want to mark catalog properties as System - So, System properties should be not visible for common users
• As a Catalog Administrator, I want to mark catalog properties as Read-only - So, Read-only properties should be visible for common users but in read only mode.
• Define properties templates (inside the module), which can be use to create new properties in new catalog.
