Feature: Disable shaking detection when cursor is hidden

Hi! It would be nice if it was possible to disable the shaking detection when the cursor is hidden. Essentially, my issue right now is that during gaming sessions, you are moving your mouse around a lot which causes the cursor to be absolutely massive when opening the chat box to type something for example.

note to future self: also add option to disable shake detection when dragging / resizing windows
