Controlling the MB RGB

Is there a chance to implement a working Mainboard support? I got the cheap Z370 Gaming Plus and im looking for a software to change the Colors with numeric RGB values. This tool does exactly what I want but just for graphic cards.

Creating a windows tool requires a signed kernel driver. But if you are on linux, you could give a shot at nagisa/msi-rgb repo.
