[Read] Before any issue related to stuttering / CPU

First, I don't want to steal anything from Vipeax, he is free to close / delete this if he wants to.

I have setup a clone of the project, and improve the internal structure. Many people are complaining about stuttering, which is related to the MSI card, not the software directly. The led update freeze the card for some frames (MSI shit)

However, I DO minimized this problem in my own version here

I also added a GUI and debug. However, I don't have some functionnalities such have save or autorun. I need some testers to keep improving it.

Again, if Vipeax want to remove this, he can (but that would not be very nice)

Not a problem. I think that link has been popping up left and right since summer '17 somewhere. I'll also update the README to link to it.
