Program doesn't open Windows 10

I execute the file and it has the same problem my MSI Gaming APP has (which this would be a replacer for). It simply doesn't look like it opens but it's in task manager.

There is no GUI in this program, use mine if you want one. However, there is less features in mine. (no same or autorun)
