Scheduling as a Task

Wanted to execute from the windows 10 task scheduler on 64bit machine. This so the LEDs are set automatically when the PC is booted. Sadly whent he task is created and I select a manual "run" option it will not execute. There seems to be something about the scheduler running everything as 64 bit. I also tried running it via CMD, but it didn't work. Could we have a 64bit build or otherwise solve this problem?
