Channel: Allow people to follow updates via RSS and Email

As a Resurse.dev user, I would like to be able to subscribe to RSS (instant) updates and Email (digest) updates on my favorite sections / categories / subcategories, with the ability to decide whether I want to receive daily, weekly or monthly update digests on my email.
