Display message when the user unfocuses the tab

When the user changes focus and unfocuses the current tab, after a slight delay (e.g. 5min) show a message in the meta title like: Resurse.dev te așteaptă înapoi...

Then when the user focuses back on the site tab, change the title back to the original.
