Text viewer: add syntax highlighting for common formats

Recommendation: you can use https://github.com/diegoiast/qutepart-cpp for syntax highlighter. Integration should be trivial.

This will give you a quite capable text editor as well, but you can always set the QPlainTextEdit to be RO.
