Tooltip on mouseover

I think it would be useful to have the error message as a tooltip on mouseover. For example, I keep the cpp check tab open in the side of the IDE. I can see the beginning of the message and most of the time I know what's the problem. In some cases I want to see the end of the message to get some detail:

%ld in format string (no. 1) requires 'long' but the argument type is 'signed int'.
