File Heading Sync conflict (different issue)

Hi,

I love this plug in, but if I have File Heading Sync plugin turned on, it doesn't work.

With FHS turned off, I get the new note from a template that I expect (I'm using the 'create a new file in a specified folder using a specified template' option), but if I have FHS turned on, I just get a blank note.
